Sneaking in the back door

My sixteenth birthday is coming up.
I used to be terribly excited, but now it seems like it's going to be just another day that was supposed to mean something but didn't.
Stupid final, stupid school.
I wanted to be in love now I'm in love I can't remember being happier it's not what I anticipated.
I knew I could screw things up if I tried.
Now I see you and I turn my face now I see you and I run away.
"Love doesn't mean it will be alright."
